Fallow Deer Doe: October 21st – February 15th.
Roe Deer Buck: April 1st – October 20th.
Roe Deer Doe: October 21st – March 31st.

Red, Fallow, Sika Males: August 1st – April 30th
Red, Fallow Sika Females: November 1st – March 31st
Roe Deer Buck: April 1st – October 31st
Roe Deer Doe: November 1st – March 31st
Chinese Water Deer Male and Female: November 1st – March 31st
Muntjac Male and Female: No close season

Deer (Republic of Ireland)

Red, Fallow, Sika Males: Sep 1 – Dec 31 (exclusive of County Kerry)
Red, Fallow Sika Females: Nov 1 – Feb 29

Grey Partridge & Red legged Partridge: September 1st – February 1st.
Pheasant: October 1st – February 1st.

Common Snipe: August 12th – January 31st.
Duck & Goose (Inland): September 1st – January 31st.

Brown Hare; Mountain or blue Hare: no close season.
Rabbit: no close season
